Elural operates on a subscription-based model. Refund eligibility is determined as follows:

  • Free Plan: No charges, therefore no refunds apply
  • Paid Plans: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial subscription purchase
  • Renewals: Refunds are not available for subscription renewals unless required by law

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription periods that have already been used
  • Refunds requested after 14 days from initial purchase
  • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period unless required by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge through your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate billing issues before a chargeback becomes necessary.

6. Special Circumstances
