Elural is an AI-powered assistant application that provides real-time assistance through a floating widget interface. The Service includes screen context awareness, audio processing, and AI-generated responses to user queries.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Elural offers various subscription plans with different token allocations and features. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation

5. Token Usage

The Service operates on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed based on usage of AI features. You understand that:

• Tokens are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Unused tokens do not carry over between billing periods unless specified
• Token consumption rates may vary based on feature usage
• We reserve the right to modify token allocation and consumption rates

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
